Palm Coast is located between Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine
in the northern region of Florida’s Atlantic Coast.
It lies within Flagler County
and has some 20 miles of fabulous
coastline. Pristine beaches, superb fishing, and sun nearly year
round make a perfect environment for outdoor recreation and casual
relaxation. Fresh-water and salt-water canals wind their way
throughout much of the city and attract many anglers.
The city’s population is growing, recently topping the 70,000 mark
(April 2006). With a first-rate school system (one of the top in
the state), state-of-the-art medical facilities (Florida
Hospital Flagler opened September, 2002) and everything you could
want in recreation, residents and visitors alike enjoy the best that
Florida living has to offer.
Traveling to and from Palm Coast couldn’t be easier. Flagler County is
traversed by Interstate 95, Highway A1A, US 1, and State Road 100 and
can be accessed by three interchanges:
US 1 (1-95 exit #297), Palm Coast Parkway (I-95 exit #289C) and
State Road 100 (I-95 exit #283). At
just 3 miles, State Road 100 is the closest Atlantic Ocean access exit
from Miami to Maine. Please let me
